Deposit & Booking Information

• A $500 nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve your space on this trip.
• That deposit goes entirely toward reserving your cabin through Globus and Avalon Waterways.
• I do not keep or take any portion of that deposit.

How Payments Work

• I only process the initial deposit payment.
• After your deposit is received, your booking account will be established directly with Globus/Avalon.
• Your final trip balance, payment schedule, promotions, and pricing are determined directly by Globus/Avalon according to their terms and current rates.
• All remaining payments will be made directly through them.

I serve as your liaison throughout the process. That means I will:

• Help guide you through the booking process
• Remind you about payment due dates
• Notify you about paperwork and travel deadlines
• Assist with general questions and trip coordination
• Connect you with our Globus account manager after your deposit is processed

Basically, you get the support of having a real human in your corner while the cruise booking itself is professionally handled through Globus/Avalon. No mysterious call centers. No “press 7 to scream into the void.”
